Der Botanische Garten auf den Lahnbergen gehört zur Philipps-Universität Marburg und ist einer der größten in Deutschland. Der Schwerpunkt der Sammlungen liegt auf Nadelbäumen und tropischen Pflanzen, es gibt aber noch viele weitere Attraktionen, beispielsweise das Schmetterlingshaus. Dieses Wochenende findet im Botanischen Garten ein Pflanzenmarkt statt, wo ihr zusätzlich noch die Angebote von Ausstellern bewundern könnt.
The Botanical Garden located on the Lahn Hills Campus is one of the largest in the country and a proud part of Phillips University of Marburg. The main attractions of the garden’s vegetation are the conifers and tropical plants giving it the lush and rich beauty for which it is famous in Germany. However, there are far more attractions in the gardens, for example the butterfly house. This weekend, a plant market is taking place here, so you can furthermore admire the offers of the exhibitors.
